With more than 75 years of combined experience, leveraging quality and lean manufacturing best practices, Manufacturing Efficiency Improvement (MEI) will make an immediate impact on your business. MEI has conducted client process reviews in all operations areas. Working with members of our client organizations, MEI conducts these review programs in two distinct phases. These are briefly described below: 

 

Assessment Phase

During the "Assessment Phase", the review team documents process workflows, organizational structures and system flows; conducts surveys on input and output linkages, service levels and volumes; and analyzes all service delivery performance areas. Recommendations are offered by the review team for management consideration and approval.

 

Implementation Phase 

The "Implementation Phase" begins with the development of comprehensive project work-plans, which are developed for all approved actions. A management process is implemented to ensure project success. This process includes reporting; management meetings and escalation procedures for key issue resolution. MEI 's consultants work with client teammates to implement all actions. At the end, our clients benefit from MEI 's experience in identifying process opportunities and in implementation management while maintaining control and overall responsibility for the project's success. It's a "win-win" situation for everyone.
